1. Who we are

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the website at threespheres.net and any related pages, tools, or content (the “Site”), operated by 3Spheres Inc. (“Three Spheres,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a video production agency based in Makati City, Philippines.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its normal operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content.

The Site includes informational pages, a guided costing tool, and ways to contact us or book a call. Any estimate, quote, or figure produced by our tools is indicative only and does not constitute a binding offer or final price.

3. Quotes, estimates, and proposals

Pricing shown on the Site or generated by the costing tool is for guidance and budgeting purposes. Final scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are confirmed only in a written proposal or agreement signed by both parties.

Production work is governed by the separate engagement terms in that proposal or statement of work, which prevail over these Terms in the event of any conflict.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Three Spheres name and marks, video, photography, and the design and layout — is owned by or licensed to Three Spheres and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.

Ownership and licensing of work produced for clients is addressed in the relevant engagement agreement, not here.

5. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and accessing them is at your own risk.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete or current.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Three Spheres will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City.
